For over 20 years since its founding in 1995, CBA spares no efforts to bridge the biotech and biopharmaceutical industries among US, China and rest of the world. Currently with more than 3,000 individual and corporate members from industries, academia, governments and non-profits globally, we have earned ourselves an excellent reputation for developing and enhancing communication and cooperation among the biotech professionals worldwide.

Each year, CBA organizes a series of scientific conferences, workshops, galas, exhibitions and other networking events dedicatedly designed for members to meet their career development needs. Click here to learn more about the CBA signature events.

Our most influential event, the CBA Annual Conference, held typically in mid-year, generally attracts over 500 scientists, business leaders, high-ranking government officials and enthusiastic biotech professionals. We switch the meeting venue to China every other year so as to tap into the abundant resources and opportunities witnessed in the fast-growing biotech industries in China nowadays.

As one of the most recognized Chinese American professional organizations in the US, CBA has been widely reported by many American and Chinese mainstream media (TV/Print/Digital) and scientific magazines, including but not limited to:

  • Nature
  • Science
  • Bioprocess International
  • China Daily
  • CCTV
  • Singtao Daily
