The officers of the CBA executive team consist of a President, a President-Elect, a Past President, a Board General Secretary, a Board Vice-Secretary, a Treasurer, a General Counsel, three General Strategic Advisors, and several functional Vice Presidents and Directors with specific duties and authority. The CBA executive team operates the daily activities of CBA-USA including the CBA Annual Conferences, CBA workshop series, and the New Year Gala. The CBA executive team members have a diverse background ranging from academia, government, and industry with most of them holding a Doctoral degree.
